Step-by-step guide

Sharp Shipper collects a parcel you have bought from a shop in the Malmö area, prepares the label, and drops the parcel off with the carrier. You can let Sharp Shipper arrange the shipping label during checkout or upload your own label that is valid from Sweden to your destination country.

1. 01

   Buy from a Malmö-area store with pickup by power of attorney

   Buy your items from a shop in the Malmö area that lets someone collect the parcel for you using a power of attorney.

2. 02

   Start your order and add the store details

   Go to our webshop and enter the pickup store details so we know where to collect your parcel.

3. 03

   Add your contact details

   Enter your own email and phone number so we can keep you updated on pickup progress. If a problem comes up and we cannot reach you, the order is forfeited and cannot be refunded.

4. 04

   Choose how the shipping label is handled

   If Sharp Shipper arranges the label, enter the delivery address and confirm the 5 kg limit. If you upload your own label, use a PostNord, DHL, or UPS label that is valid from Sweden to your destination country and confirm the parcel is no heavier than 20 kg. Do not use Sharp Shipper's address as the return address.

5. 05

   Upload your documents

   Upload your power of attorney. If you chose to upload your own label, upload the shipping label too.

6. 06

   Pay securely with Stripe

   Complete the payment on Stripe's secure page.

7. 07

   Get your confirmation and order page

   You receive an order-confirmation email with a link to your personal order page, where you can update your documents if needed.

8. 08

   We pick up and drop off

   We collect the parcel, arrange the label when needed, attach it, and hand it to the carrier. You receive a confirmation from us, and from the carrier if they support it.
